Exotic Zoo

We took the kids to The Exotic Resort Zoo. Way,Way Cool Place!
You can stay inside one of their cabins which is inside their 150 acres of wildlife.
We toured on this tractor and feed all the animals that were from around the world as well as bred within their sanctuary.

We have our food ready!

Waiting Patiently ;)

She loves animals especially birds.
All within reach.

I can't recall what they all are.

Look at this moment that I captured with the Water Buffalo.
Oh My Goodness! Alex was freaked out (check out his face). I was too!

Look at all the animals. I loved it. It reminded me of Noah's Ark.

Mark feeding the Lama.

Tony was brave as well and feed animals.

The Lama's were the easiest to feed probably because they were at the right height.

Camel.

I might have been feeding the camel here.
There were so many baby ostriches that were no higher than the middle of your calf. They had fluffy white and gray fur. Oh so cute and boy did Aliana squeal.

Some type of ringed tailed monkey.

Baby Goats that the boys wanted to pick up and carry as well as take them home (they asked us and told us that the owners said it was OK) ;-)

Oh kisses!

Alex enjoyed this so much and wasn't frightened one bit.

Tony kept getting on one knee to talk kindly to the animals. So sweet!

They had no problem going right between the herd to feed them.

One tried to taste Mark's back pocket.

Tony was feeding a sleeping Momma.

Aliana just checking out all of them.

Watching Tony trying to talk to a beautiful all white deer (I think that's what it was) while on one knee. So gentle hearted!

She needs more feed to feed them well she eventually just threw it at them when they got to close.

Sneaking up to all the babies that were together.
(Look at Tony's body language again!)

Well we attempted to have a picnic in the petting zoo, but we only managed to eat our sandwiches super fast. The flies attacked us so badly that we had to leave and finish the picnic in the car. The boys can't stand when they see a fly land on food (let alone their food) since they know what flies do when they land. Yuck!

Swinging before we head back to the car.

Tuckered Out. The boys look like they are holding hands while they sleep-aww!

Out cold.

Coming back into Austin.
