Starting out our tour with the Green Garden, but most of us know this as Zero Scape which originated in Co.

They were trying to see the rock ponds that were made to resemble AUSTIN.
It was very hard to see. It helped when she showed us a design on paper.

Tony was the first to answer the guides question about what bamboo is used for and who eats it...makes a momma proud.

It was a joke since it is in the dinosaur garden.
Learning about composes and the different kinds there are.
We came to old houses from the 1800's that were in the gardens. This was a well that they used.
This house had 11 people living in it at one time.
13 children and 5 moms.
Afterwards, my friend, Martha and I took our children to a park to play and have a picnic.
The picnic ended up being on the banks of the Barton Natural Springs where we watched people swim and play with their dogs.
Cool expereinces this day!!
Putting our feet in the spring and trying not to fall from the moss that was growing. A little stressful because there was a ledge about 2 feet in front of them.
