On Saturday, we took the kids to the park to watch the Boat Regatta. The object of the race was to make your own boat out of cardboard and tape, get it to float and then to race it to the finish line hoping to win and not sink.
It was alot of fun; we even choose the best seat...the finish line.

All the kids ate so well since they were watching the boats and didn't even try to run and do something else.

Boy did Alex cheer them on to keep going?
They had to ditch the boat and just swim to shore.
He was cheering so much that when he stopped he realized what he was doing and got embarrassed.
Oh how cute!
We saved our crust to feed to the ducks before going home.
Fun filled Saturday afternoon.
