Crowe's Nest Animal Life Center

We went to this animal life center today, April 12.
It was so much fun; we spent 3 1/2 hours there.  7 moms and 15 kids came.
We went on a hayride and then to a dairy demonstration.  The children all sat through the lecture, questions and visualization.  Great bunch of children.
Look at all of them.  There not all ours.  We had another group tagging along for the 1st hour.
Bison
Ostrich's and the size of their eggs.
While we were there, there was an ostrich that was sitting on her nest out in the field.  We were told that it was rare for them to sit on their eggs.  Not sure why, since the farmer won't take our questions.
Another educational lecture that we sat though before we walked through insect's, amphibian's and reptile's house.
Alex & Tony sat through the whole thing, not moving.  Aliana did too, danced at the music parts, said the animal's names and made friends with the people behind us.
Learning about snacks and lizards.
Feeling all the furs that animals might have.
Checking out the turtles.
All the kids were looking at the water turtles that were mating.
lol, i just told them that they were trying to get a better look at us.
Lunch Time!
On to all types of birds, nocturnal animals, turtles, fairy garden, butterfly house, stone maze and some other fun stuff.
We were meeting the goats here.
Then it was time to see the huge pigs.  The kids couldn't get pass the smell of them.
We are almost out of the park, I can see the exit (tiredness has set in).
The kids felt bad for the ducks that had a tiny pond and that they had to walk on the hot black plastic.
Stopping to see the running, yelling peacocks.
Funny enough, the peacocks sound like they are saying "aw aw aw aw" when they speak.
