Pfluggerville City Park

Martha and I took our kids to the park this morning.  We tried to find the fire that is blazing just east of us but didn't really know where it was so we are going to try tomorrow.  Instead we headed off to the park.
We went exploring down the trails and played for awhile at the bridge and stream.
The girls are getting more friendly and we'll catch them holding hands.  ;-)
I got an idea to break a branch off and throw it up stream on one side of the bridge and run to the other side to try to follow it.  It was fun to see the kids get so excited about the current and their branch.
Before we left we visited the Fall Warriors Memorial statue.  The 3 warriors were so detailed that Alex could tell the other kids what they were holding on their work belts.
We picked up another friend at the park, Daisy.  We met her at a previous park about 3 weeks ago and ran into them again this time. The boys really hit it off with her and they all hugged when we had to go home.  She even wanted Tony to sit by her in the previous picture.  Too cute ;-)
