We surprised the kids to a Home Depot Workshop an hour away. This wasn't just any once a month wood project workshop, but one where a Lego Land employee came and conducted a Lego workshop that followed with a FREE ticket to Lego Land. We were so excited to learn this because this is were Tony wants to go for his birthday. Score, 3 free tickets!!
So first, we built a lawn mower pencil holder (cute).
Next, building a race car.
This was funny. I'm whispering now to you.... Aliana finished 1st out of all the kids around the table.
She's a visual learner and was able to see what the end product was and was able to keep going without instruction. hehe!
Birdie even made a surprise appearance. We had a heated discussion about this characters gender. The name displays female where as the appearance shows the opposite. hmmm!
