Our visit to see the CO Deno's

 We arrived at ABIA, got through the baggage line, got our check in/boarding passes, through security line and to our gate in literally 10 minutes.  We were shocked and had so much time to now waste.  So we got lunch and found this really cute table to dine at.

After arriving at Colorado Springs, we HAD to visit Scott and Stacy's neighborhood park to play.

Then we went to the U.S. Air Force Base.

After that we went to Focus on the Family's indoor playground.

I like this.  Our kids are used to linking up when we're in a parking lot.  So to see Joey jump right in and follow suit was cute to see.  Our boys had so much fun playing with their CO cousin.  They kept telling me that they missed Joey when we left to travel down to Creede.  And every day they'd ask when they were going back.

Jumping into "The Lion, The Witch & The Wardrobe" closet and then doing a seek n' find of their scenary while in there.

Later on the day, Scott and Stacy hosted a BBQ for the whole family to come see us.

Grandpa Steve and Jean-ma brought colored bubbles (they were washable), chalk and firecracker poppers. Their backpatio looked like a war had occured.

Aliana LOVED Sam.  He went everywhere she went and vice versa.

Papa & Meme had fun playing with ALL their great grandchildren.

Ended up being a good picture.

We took at walk after playing costumes and having dinner.  The boys were really cute pretending the whole way in the character that they dressed up in and then Tony felt driven to direct traffic (he was the police officer). Oh the memories that we create.  Thank you God!

                The police officers of the family: Uncle Scott, Grandpa Steve & Jean-ma took all the kids to see the new patrol cars to climb and explore through them.

Jean's nephew, Gavin joined them too.  It was a great morning for little boys.

They took the boys inside to the police training academy to meet and speak to other sargents and deputies, punch the training dummy, walk through the weight room &  then got a badge and police pin.
