Resurrection Hunt
We did this egg hunt last year and we will do it again the next year. The kids go on the traditional egg hunt but this one is special. Once they have collected all their eggs, they begin to open them in search of the empty one. That's right, they WANT the empty egg without any prizes. Once they find it they yell, "He has Risen!" The empty egg represents the empty tomb.
The kids received some cool stuff in their baskets: kites, bubbles, Jesus Story DVD & books, Jesus seeds, Resurrection bookmarks, God Rocks T-shirts &etc.
Sword action with their bubble wands.
