We celebrated the New Year with fondue and appetizers. Afterwards, we went outside to watch some fireworks with cookies and a fire plus a little exploration with the boys' head lights.
As the boys were outside helping Mark organize the garage, Aliana was inside helping me prepare the feast.
She did awesome. She got out all the food that we were going to eat, she washed the veggies, I cut them up and then she presented them nicely on a plate. Then washed the dishes in the sink.

We had so much fun teaching them about how to cook when using bouillon base fondue with veggies, meat and seafood along with all the dips and then the appetizers and cookies.
What's that noise we hear....fireworks, out the door we went. Just me and the boys went outside, Aliana was so terrified of the noise she stayed inside with Mark and cried for us to come in. Getting her to vacuum was a great distraction from the noise for her.
