Mark went through some tough ordeals when he purchased our first tractor. So when the 2nd one was delivered and started up, everyone was excited and rides began in the wagon.
Can you see them out there? We absolutely LOVE our land. Thank you GOD.

what happened with the first one? I havent heard this story.
Mark went to Lowes to get a tractor that he researched and knew what he wanted to buy. Once it was delievered he tried to start it up and it wouldn't kick over. He worked on it ALL day long (literally all saturday), took many more trips to Lowes to buy parts, drain the oil/gas and replacing it with fresh, changing the spark plug, and something else. Needless to say, after contacting the manager a couple times and saying he just doesn't know what else to do and for some guidance as to the next step. The manager ended up giving him a brand new one for no additional cost washing the difference of the first purchase (the first one was previously owned and used for a month and returned). After this Mark told him Lowes just earned a lifetime customer. Mark was honest, patient and understanding and was then rewarded greatly. They had awesome customer service.
