Tree Attack

On our way out of gymnastics Alex decides to climb a tree, which is normal. He is climbing everything right now. So I tell him to jump out and come to the van. Well he did and jumped into the branch that was above his head. This is, I believe, the first accident that this boy has had and he's 2 months away from 6 years old. That's pretty good. It was a good lesson about tree climbing safety since we are moving to a house with big trees to climb.

He received deep scratches from nose to ear, eye, forehead and nose.  I am so relieved that it didn't poke his eye out or injure it since there's a pretty good laceration on his eye lid and past the corner of it. You can almost see what the branch looked like by the tracks it left.

But don't worry he's been doctored up and is playing with his medical assistance's ;-)

Tony was cute and gave Alex his dentist toy treasure that he received this morning for doing good to make his brother feel better along with Tylenol & Aliana kept giving him hugs and walking next to him with her hand on his back to help him along. ;o)
